Payments are held by the hotel in cases of cancellation. Deposit & Balances can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card. Cancellations: Over 45 days prior to arrival 100% of payment will be returned. 30-45 Days prior to arrival 70% of payment will be returned. 29-15 Days prior to arrival 50% of payment will be returned. 14 Days or less prior to arrival No payments will be returned.
