This cosy apartment is located in the centre of Marciana Marina and has spectacular views of the sea and surrounding coastline.

Upon entering, there is an open plan living room, which overlooks the sea and has two 3-seater sofas, a TV and radio. Adjoining is the open plan kitchen with a large table for 10. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Beyond the kitchen is an additional bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. From the living room a stairway leads upstairs where the 3 bedrooms are located. The master bedroom has a double bed; the other two rooms are twins. Each has access to the upstairs bathroom. The bedrooms are fully furnished. The apartment also has air conditioning.

During the evenings the road in front of the house is closed off to traffic so no cars will disturb your relaxing vacation. A short walk takes you right on to the promenade surrounding the port of Marciana Marina with its beautiful town centre
